Privacy Policy for Child Crisis Center of El Paso


Introduction: At the Child Crisis Center of El Paso, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' information. Information Collection and Use: We may collect and store personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, from clients and website visitors when they engage with our services or contact us through our website. This information is used to provide our clients with the managed services they have requested and to communicate with them about our services.


HIPAA Compliance: In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HJ PAA) of 1996 and the rules and regulations promulgated there under, The Child Crisis Center of El Paso is committed to the protection of identifiable health information for all employees and clients of the Child Crisis Center. The Center has adopted a policy that protects the privacy and confidentiality of protected health information (PHI} whenever it is used by agency employees or representatives. The private and confidential use of such information will be the responsibility of all individuals with job duties requiring access to PHI in the course of their jobs.


Information Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information with third-party organizations, except in response to legal requests or as required by law.


Data Security: We take the security of our clients' personal information very seriously and have implemented appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information.


Data Retention: We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for other businesses. purposes, such as for record keeping, compliance with legal obligations, or as required by law. Privacy

DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Employment decisions at the Child Crisis Center of El Paso (the Center) will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.


 The Center will not tolerate any form of retaliation against an employee who reports an on-the-job injury or seeks leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
