Welcome

The Child Crisis Center of El Paso (CCCEP) is a distinguished local non-profit organization, operating as a 501(c)(3) entity, and proudly serving the community of El Paso, Texas. Our emergency shelter operates independently of federal funding, relying solely on the generosity of community donations. The children who we serve at our shelter have often endured unimaginable hardships, and it is our utmost priority to ensure their well-being by providing them with essential services. Our shelter serves as a secure sanctuary where children can regain their sense of normalcy, free from concerns of harm, hunger, homelessness, or isolation.

Vision

The Child Crisis Center will strive to eliminate child abuse and neglect by leading through community collaboration on issues and concerns regarding the protection of children so that they can grow in a healthy, safe and positive family environment, thereby enriching their future.

Mission

The Child Crisis Center of El Paso protects children from abuse and neglect by providing shelter, advocacy, and family support services. The Child Crisis Center of El Paso (CCCEP), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, began in 1980 with a heartbreaking story that continues to be seen in children at our shelter today.
